Everything we do stems from the most advanced evidence-based methods and techniques. While we offer a wide range of convenient on-site services, our philosophy goes beyond pain relief. We dedicate a great deal of our time to teaching patients about their treatment and conditions. We believe that patients should feel empowered to be proactive and take charge of their own health and future.
Doctor Brittani currently lives in Portland, Maine with her husband and baby daughter. Originally a New Jersey Native, she moved to Maine in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. She graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Pre-Physical Therapy from Bethany College, West Virginia. She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) and graduated in 2016.
Doctor Brittani grew up playing sports and was fortunate enough to continue her athletic career at Bethany College, where she played softball and tennis. She learned early on that she wanted to pursue a profession that would allow her to help others improve their physical health and get them back to doing the things they love.
Doctor Brittani has developed many interests within chiropractic care that has left her with a very unique skillset. She has had extensive training in pediatrics and expecting mothers. She also has years of experience in providing functional movement assessments for patients and athletes who are looking to reduce pain and improve performance. Her certifications and continuing education include: Webster Technique, McKenzie Diagnosis and Therapy, Active Release Technique, Athletic Movement Assessment, BIRTHFIT Professional, and Full Spine Motion Palpation.

Doctor Ashley has been working in the health and wellness industry for almost a decade now! She attended Keene State College in Keene, N.H. where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and a specialization in Coaching. Her time there was spent studying human anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, and applying her knowledge towards personalizing fitness training programs for her clients. For fun, she played on the Keene State College Women’s Ice Hockey team that she actually founded in the fall of 2012 and was named captain!
After completing her undergrad, Doctor Ashley went on to work in the great city of Boston for the NHL Hockey Team, the Boston Bruins. Throughout the year, she represented the team at sporting events, charities, and her favorite “B-Fit” program where she visited elementary schools and promoted an active lifestyle to the students. She loved giving back to her Boston community and inspiring others to take control of their health and plans to incorporate that vision in her practice.
In 2017, Doctor Ashley decided to continue her education and pursue the path of becoming a chiropractic physician at the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic in Connecticut. It was there she learned to diagnose and treat several neuromusculoskeletal conditions while following up on the research and evidence behind each protocol. She graduated in May of 2021 and immediately moved up to Maine to begin her new adventure. Since being here, Doctor Ashley has embraced what this beautiful state has to offer by earning her skydiving license, hiking 7 of the 4,000ft peaks, and ordering a lobster roll every chance she gets!

Family Sport and Spine is the most comprehensive chiropractic care I have ever received, and Brittani Seeman is the most thoughtful and introspective doc I have ever worked with. I started seeing Dr. Seeman after having my second child, and so far we have worked together through two years of postpartum care, including getting back into competitive fitness shape and working through some use and overuse injuries. I always appreciate the actionable movements that I'm given for homework, and how effective and nearly instantaneous they are. Dr. Seeman takes into account her patients' lifestyles and busy schedules, takes the time to listen and explore during office visits, and crafts a workable plan of care, and the results are undeniable!
